So this happened:
Intentionally!
Justice has been living in the weaning pasture - aka the BO's best friend's house - and pretty much we've got a pasture and the driveway to play in. Today, we grabbed Justice and one of the other babies and wandered down the road a bit, introducing the kids to things like pavement and the horses across the street.
But first he had to investigate the mobile tack trunk:
We finally found a treat he likes that isn't alfalfa cubes! Stud Muffins FTW.
The most hilarious moment was when the other baby - a year older and the baby herd leader - flipped out, first at the sight of a roadside cross with a couple of ribbons flapping in the breeze and then at the fact that the rest of the herd was over a hundred feet away omg.
Justice? Did not care one bit. Flappy ribbons: Mom, can I eat that? Down the road a bit farther away from his herd leader: Sure, we can do that.
As much as I enjoy a bit of a challenge, the easy ones are so nice.
The saga of Justice's color continues. Now his formerly all-black tail has a big silver streak in the middle of it, and the tiny dots have gone from top-butt-only to across his entire hindquarters.
